If you recompile everything with 2.0.0.9 then the problem should disappear.
We are changing the assembly versions from the runtime assemblies at this moment because some of the prototypes have changed.
Once we go "life" with the runtime we will no longer change the assemblyversion but just the file version for new builds, with the exception if we have changed prototypes of existing methods/functions
