Distributing RP2 with Your Application

Distributing ReportPro with Your CA-VO 2 Application

The files you must distribution with your CA-VO 2 application depend on which runtime library you are using in the application. These files are listed in the following table. All ReportPro runtime DLLs should be installed in the same directory as your application's executable.

Export DLL

If you do not intend to use the export to file feature, you do not need to distribute the RPEXPORT.DLL file with the RDD Runtime Library or the RDD/SQL runtime library. The RPEXPORT.DLL is necessary for the linkable designer since users choose to whether to use the export feature.

Imaging DLLs

If you use pictures in your report, you must also distribute the LLO32 and LLI32 DLLs.

Graphing DLLs

If you use graphs in your report, you must distribute the LLO32, LLI32 and LLB32 DLLs.
