Purpose
Gets/sets the numeric value of the first item of a collection
Parameters
| nNewbase | (Optional) Value of the first item of a collection. Only 0 and 1 are allowed |
Returns
Numeric Position of the first element of a collection. Possible values are 0 and 1.
