AdoInheritTypeEnum() Function

Purpose

All the values of the InheritType Enum:

The type of action to be performed when SetPermissions is called.

 

Prototype

 

FUNCTION AdoInheritTypeEnum (  )  AS ARRAY

Return

ARRAY        Every row in this array has 2 values:

       The numeric value of the Enum value

       A text representation of this value

 

This array can be used to validate values, and to print a meaningful description of the values during debugging You can pass this array to the AdoEnum2Str() function to convert the value of an Enum to a string

 

Description

 

List of possible values

adInheritNone 0        Default. No inheritance occurs.
adInheritObjects 1        Non-container objects in the container inherit the permissions.
adInheritContainers 2        Other containers that are contained by the primary object inherit the entry.
adInheritBoth 3        Both objects and other containers contained by the primary object inherit the entry.
adInheritNoPropagate 4        The adInheritObjects and adInheritContainers flags are not propagated to an inherited entry.
