Create Object of type AdoCatalog

CONSTRUCTOR INIT ( ptrIf, bAddRef )

 

Argument(s)

ptrIf        (Optional) Interface Pointer. When omitted a new Catalog is created

bAddRef        (Optional) Is it necessary to increment the usage count by calling AddRef
