That module comes from Community Builder.
The first (after username) is an image. The second (after password) is a button.

If automatic signature substitution is configured, then a very large empty space is displayed after it. But you probably already know this, but just in case, I inform you.

It should be better now.
You may have to refresh the style sheets (Ctrl-F5)

Are you also running into problems with the new site? It's been a bit wonky for me—slow loading website and buttons not working right. Hopefully, it will work, but sharing our struggles might help get this sorted faster!

We're planning to move the site to a new hardware platform in the Christmas holiday.
