Recording ?

Post by robert »

Did anybody record today's online session.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that I had to logout and login again on my machine, the recording was stopped and we have forgotten to restart it.
Hopefully one of the attendees has recorded it on his computer and wants to share it, so we can publish it in our Youtube channel.
Otherwise we will only have the first 15 minutes of the session.

Oh, that's a pity.
I was not able to attend the online session . But I am very interessted in the RDD topic, so I was looking forward to watch the event on youtube.
Hope that someone has recorded it!

Thomas,
Well, if nobody responds today then I'll have to do the second part of the presentation again without "live audience".
Or I will schedule another Zoom session beginning of next week and will repeat the session (making sure that this time the recording is saved).

Hi Robert,

May I suggest that? And maybe leaving out the commands part (there is always a recording from it), and maybe explain further what is behind the CoreDB classes?
Wolfgang
P.S. another suggestion: please move the sessions material section into the main downloads section

Wolfgang,
What do you mean with the "main downloads" session? https://www.xsharp.eu/itm-downloads ?

Hi Robert,
yes, please move them to https://www.xsharp.eu/itm-downloads instead of keeping them hidden in https://www.xsharp.eu/itm-downloads?folder=general
IMHO these downloads are very important as they contain invaluable knowledge.

Or even a YouTube tab at the top to take you straight to the YouTube channel...

Hi Karl,
I had also overlooked that....
Personally, I would add a link to the YouTube channel to the "Help" menu, because I think it is the place where people will search for it.
There are some links that could stay in more than one place.

Gentlemen,

This discussion is getting a little "of topic".
May I conclude that nobody recorded yesterdays session.
In that case I will repeat the session on Monday morning 10:00 (picking up where I logged of in the first session), record the second part and will "glue" the 2 pieces together into a YouTube video.
You may or may not participate/watch, That is up to you. I'll use Zoom again with the same session id.
