What happens with open Designer tabs (Winfroms)

Earlier I posted the issue that VS (2019) tabs remaining open on reopening a solution often can't be selected because it is trying to open it indefinitely.
Today (with 2.14) I saw 2 new things. One window showed completely empty (like with the bug in 2.15). A second window got this interesting screen with 'duplicate declarations' (which of course weren't there):

Both problems were solved with closing all tabs and reopening them. But it shows once more that VS is far from stable & reliable.

Hi Dick,

This behavior has improved in 2.15 and is further improved in the next to be released 2.16.

Great to hear! I bet it wasn't easy to accomplish:)

It's perfectly manageable (just reopen all) but it makes you feel a bit concerned when you suddenly see these errors or disappearing content.
