The VO-XPorter did a good job of moving my code over to .NET. I see that my form and menu designs moved nicely into the VS designer but not into XIDE designer. What have I done wrong?

Hi Kuno,
there is no dumb question, only stupid answers <g>.
My VO windows are moved nicely also to my XIDE projects, and AFAIK Chris has done some work in this area around the end of the year 2017.
So your setup (if you are not a FoX subscriber) may contain older versions of XIDE and XPorter without this functionality.
It may be that Chris can send you newer versions of both programs.
I'm currently working on the migration of a larger application to X# using XIDE. This is one of my windows shown in XIDE:
