Thanks Wolfgang/Nick
Hmmm strange one. The X# Forum mailserver is not in the Spam/Blocked IP addresses of the ISP mail/firewall servers. Also checked no attachments, bad words, NOTHING. We cannot pinpoint why it is rejected...

Code: Select all

This email from IP 46.30.212.8 has been rejected.
Strange though, mail messages from Robert/Chris to me does get delivered.
Anyway hopefully we find the magic trick somewhere.

Karl-Heinz

Hi Johan,

Did you try to add the xsharp info address to the whitelist ? My provider offers that via his web interface. Since i did that, all notifcation emails arrived without problems.

Hi Karl-Heinz, I will follow up with them to rather look at white lists rather than blacklists.

Hi Karl-Heinz,
Seems your suggestion regarding the WhiteList is working.
Thanks for the tip.
