When you press the View Structure button on the server editor screen a window will be opened that displays the information for the current table. Only the columns that were selected in the Columnlist are included.

 

On the screen you will see (from left to right):

•The Ado fieldname

•The Ado Datatype

•The Ado Length

•The Ado Precision

•The Ado Scale

•The VO fieldname (possibly truncated to 10 chars, and illegal characters removed)

•The VO type

•The VO Length

•The VO decimals

•The VO Fieldspec name (depends on the setting of Generic Fieldspecs)

 

 

The results in this window depend on the following options on the server editor window:

•TableName

•Long Fieldnames Option

•Generic Fieldspecs Option

•ColumnList
